The Day It Started

On a lighter side, yesterday was a good day. I ordered some items to begin to detail the trim of my car. To clean it up and ceramic coat it. To coat the glass to help with water not sticking. I helped Gaby finish up her homework for the week. It's amazing how she thought it would take all day and she managed to get it done in just over an hour. We then got a pizza, went for a bike ride and rented the move Onward and watched that together. I enjoy spending time with my daughter. 

This day, April 11th, 2014, I was formally introduced to "her". She invited me to her furniture store to "help" her with her computer. We then talked for a couple hours.

Tuesday January 21st

The wheels for my car have two coats of ceramic coating and I need to apply one more. There's one layer of Gtechniq CSL and one layer of Gtechniq EXO. I need to apply one more layer of EXO. I ended up staying at work an hour later than usual because of a company wide presentation so I did not make it to the gym. I did a small workout at home of sets of body weight squats by 20, reverse lunges by 20 and sit-ups on a ball by 20. The workout said to do it for 30 minutes for as many sets as possible. I made it about 12 to 13 minutes and I think 4 or 5 sets before my legs were burning and I was out of breath. This shows I need to work on my endurance.  I plan to try a v-taper workout for the next few months and HST on my chest and other body parts. I've been reading my C# cert book and books on my kindle. Keeping my mind occupied or at least trying to. There's still the stray thought here and there. Here's today's picture, smiling with my hair all wonky.

Here's a picture of my car from this day last year. I had just finished washing it. Washing my car has been therapeutic for me. It is something that brings me joy. I was also happy when I could wash a certain person's car, but that doesn't happen anymore.

Out With The Old

I finally got a chance to replace the wallet. I always felt that it was never a gift and that I owed her for it many times over. And it was not even new and was meant for someone else that would not use it.

Now, I have one I purchased myself. I received it today and switched everything out. Out is a Louis Vuitton and in is a Brunello Cucinelli. Not as fancy or recognized, but easily better in my opinion.
